Booking Process
Consultation & Customization
Contact Support to share your travel requirements. We will assign you a dedicated travel concierge who will craft a detailed itinerary and quotation tailored to your needs.
Confirm Itinerary & Quotation
Both parties finalize the Details (group size, travel dates, vehicle type, hotel star rating, etc.) and the all-inclusive price. We will then generate a personalized provisional booking confirmation.
Pay Deposit to Secure Booking
A deposit of 30% of the total tour fee (or full payment) is required to secure vehicle and guide availability. We strongly recommend booking well in advance during peak seasons.
Pay Final Balance Before Departure
The remaining balance must be settled no later than 14 days prior to departure. Upon receipt, we will issue the final “Travel Confirmation Letter” along with your guide’s contact information.
Travel with Peace of Mind
Your guide will establish a dedicated group chat with you in advance. Throughout the journey, your travel concierge remains available 24/7 to ensure a smooth and worry-free experience.
