1. Overview of Services

OuluTrip (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "the Company") primarily provides private car charter, customized tours, and related travel services in the UK and continental Europe. When you pay a deposit or full payment to us, it indicates that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.

2. Booking and Payment

• Deposit Payment: Upon confirmation of the itinerary, a deposit of 30% of the total tour fee is required to secure the vehicle and driver availability.
• Final Payment: The remaining 70% balance must be paid at least 14 days prior to the departure date.
• Last-Minute Bookings: For bookings made less than 14 days before the departure date, full payment is required immediately.

3. Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans may change; therefore, we have established the following tiered cancellation policy:

• Cancellation 30 Days or more before departure: Full refund of the deposit (deducting any applicable bank transfer fees or actual third-party costs incurred such as hotel/entrance tickets).
• Cancellation 15 - 29 Days before departure: A penalty of 15% of the total tour fee will be deducted.
• Cancellation 7 - 14 Days before departure: A penalty of 50% of the total tour fee will be deducted.
• Cancellation less than 7 Days before departure: No refund will be issued. We appreciate your understanding.

4. Itinerary Changes

If guests request temporary route modifications during the trip due to personal reasons, and such changes result in a significant increase in mileage or time, additional fees may apply. In the event that the itinerary cannot proceed due to force majeure (such as extreme weather, natural disasters, strikes, etc.), we will negotiate with you to adjust the itinerary or provide a partial refund, but we shall not be liable for any consequential damages.

5. Driver Working Hours

To ensure driving safety and comply with European legal regulations, the standard daily working hours for drivers are 10 hours (including driving and waiting time). If overtime occurs due to guest requests, an overtime fee of £50 per hour must be paid to the driver.
